FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEMS
Building owners should be inspecting, testing and maintaining their sprinkler systems in accordance with the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Standard 25 for the Inspection, Testing and Maintenance of Water-Based Fire Protection Systems. NFPA 25 places the responsibility for proper maintenance on the owner of the system. (See NFPA 25, Chapter 4).

REPAIRS

Diboco offers scheduled fire sprinkler testing and inspections, as required by NFPA 25, for our customers to ensure the ongoing reliability of their sprinkler systems. The purpose of NFPA 25 is to be sure your fire sprinkler system functions as intended in the event of a fire. Our inspectors use a computerized system that is customized for your building and the specific equipment utilized. All inspections are up-to-date using the most current edition of NFPA 25. All information is clear and understandable. Deficiencies are explained and referenced with the specific code. If necessary, pictures may be used in the report. Any deficiencies can be corrected by our reputable service department.

BACKFLOW PREVENTER DEVICES
Backflow prevention devices are used to protect our water supply from contamination. Most water departments require annual backflow preventer testing to ensure the devices are functioning properly.
Diboco’s technicians carry the appropriate certification required by the state to inspect and repair both fire line and domestic backflow preventers and we will provide the proper documentation to governmental agencies. If at all possible, we will try and schedule the fire sprinkler and backflow inspections at the same time for your convenience.

Our inspection department manages, tracks and informs you when the next scheduled inspection is required so you never have to worry about being delinquent on your required inspections.

We also perform 5-year obstruction investigations as required by NFPA 25.
